Libraries which provide MFC/R2 signaling support for a variety of countries are now available. This is built upon a new signaling abstration layer called UniCall. More protocols which plug into the UniCall framework should appear soon.
Consider the current release as test code. It is being shaken out with several people right now, and seems to be stabilising rapidly.
